At PawCartMart, operated by AIS Enterprises LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 07 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact

  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided

Note: Some items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or customization reasons (e.g., earrings, personal care items, custom orders).

📦 How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact our support team at support@pawcartmart.com with:

  • Your Order Number

  • The reason for return

  • Photo(s) of the item, if damaged or defective

Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), you will be responsible for the return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures faster processing and better stock availability.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Health & hygiene products (e.g., undergarments, skincare)

  • Customized or personalized items
